Q: How do you get the wipers to work. everything else on it works great except I can't find any indication of how to replace the batteries and what kind.

submitted by Karl - 9 years ago

  • A: Hi Karl - Thanks for your question! As a community member said, it is important to be sure the switch is at the "ON" position. If that doesn't work, and if replacing the batteries doesn't work, please contact us directly. You can go to the Battat website and fill out our Customer Service form, referencing this review. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied! Sincerely, Team Battat

  • A: I have read on several reviews to make sure it is turned to on and not the try me button. You need 3 AA batteries and it’s located under the buttons in the truck

submitted byAlicia - 9 years ago

  • A: I followed the instructions above. The red switch is underneath of the truck on the very front, if anyone is looking. Worked as described.

submitted byNatsmom - 5 years ago

Q: Can anyone tell me where the batteries go? I can't find them after taking off several panels under the truck.

submitted by Joe B - 11 days ago

  • A: Hi Joe B. The battery compartment is located inside the truck under the glove compartment. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: Other than color, what is the difference between the Pink and Light Blue Ice Cream Trucks? The description for Pink says "128-piece Ice Cream Truck Accessory Set" but Blue says "130-piece"?

submitted by Dada - 2 years ago

  • A: Hi Dada. The blue and pink Our Generation Sweet Stop Ice Cream Trucks offer the same accessories. The piece count for both is 128 pieces. We are sorry for the confusion and will be updating the site to reflect this. Thank you. The Battat Team

submitted by mary - 3 years ago

The Best ice cream truck ever

The Gelato ice cream flavors made this truck so realistic. My daughter loved the pull out ordering station complete with table and chairs. All the little details from the pretzels to the donuts. Her doll Maria Veronica enjoys eating ice cream treats with my daughter aswell.

Here Comes the Ice Cream Girl

This truck is so fun and amazing! There is so much and incredible items that are very detailed! Definitely a lot for the imagination and play for OG and American Girl dolls! The only thing I wish was that it would open up bigger so that my mini me could put everything in its place and then shut it back to play with her dolls.

    Ice cream fun

Great toy my daughter loves it although a few of her buttons don’t work so no sound on brake or movement of window wipers and the song only plays sometimes (have checked it’s not on try me mode it is on) she was upset but it took so long to undo and set up she doesn’t want to take it back to change but overall she loves anything our generation she just wishes they could stand better too (the dolls)
