Q: Does this work well with AG doll too? I purchased the cast previously as part of an outfit set and it does not fit. Wondering if the dimensions of the wheelchair will work. Thank you!
A: Evidently the American Girl dolls have chubbier legs (calves) than the OG dolls because the cast would not fit our AG doll. However, it ALMOST fit. We are using a rubber band that blends into the cast. For us, problem solved!
submitted byAmy - 4 years agoA: Hi there! The wheelchair is made to fit 18" dolls, and once seated, the legs will sit straight out. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee the fit with other brands, as we only test our toys on the OG dolls. The Battat Team

Q: Is there a trick to getting the cast off?
A: Hi Lucky Nana. The cast snaps open and closed down the center. You can try gently pushing one side in to help release the snap if you are finding it too tight. The Battat Team

Q: My daughter was wondering if real ice can be put in the ice pack?
A: Hi. No,the ice pack is meant for pretend play only. Putting in ice (water) may damage the toy and/or if not dried completely, mold may grow over time. The Battat Team

A: Hi there! The Heals on Wheels accessory set is not compatible with the 14 1/2-inch Glitter Girls doll. However, our accessories are compatible with most 18-inch dolls. Hope this helps!

Q: Will the OG dolls' feet actually reach the footrests? Their pic seems like the doll is bending her knees (which our dolls can't do)? Thanks!
A: Hi there! Depending how the doll is seated in the wheelchair, it is possible for the feet to reach the foot rests, even for non-posable (Regular) dolls who do not bend at the knees. Usually this means that the doll is not put into a fully sitting position in the wheelchair seat. It will require a little bit of adjusting to get the legs positioned the right way for the foot rests, as normally Regular dolls have their legs at a wider angle when they are rotated fully into a sitting position. However, our greatest product advisors - kids - have reported that the wheelchair is still super fun to play with, even if the doll's feet do not sit directly on the footrests, so with a little imagination, this pretend-play toy still passes the "fun" test!

Q: Will baby alive dolls fit in this wheelchair
A: Hi there! Our Generation toys, including the Heals on Wheels wheelchair accessory set, are designed to work with 18-inch dolls. Baby Alive are 12-inch dolls, so they will fit but Our Generation accessories may be too large.
