Q: Does this work well with AG doll too? I purchased the cast previously as part of an outfit set and it does not fit. Wondering if the dimensions of the wheelchair will work. Thank you!

A: Evidently the AG dolls have chubbier legs than the OG dolls as the cast wouldn't snap on our AG doll. However, a rubber band that blends into the cast color is a quick fix and my 3 and 6 year old were happy! Amy

Q: Will the OG dolls' feet actually reach the footrests? Their pic seems like the doll is bending her knees (which our dolls can't do)? Thanks!

A: Hi there! Depending how the doll is seated in the wheelchair, it is possible for the feet to reach the foot rests, even for non-posable (Regular) dolls who do not bend at the knees. Usually this means that the doll is not put into a fully sitting position in the wheelchair seat. It will require a little bit of adjusting to get the legs positioned the right way for the foot rests, as normally Regular dolls have their legs at a wider angle when they are rotated fully into a sitting position. However, our greatest product advisors - kids - have reported that the wheelchair is still super fun to play with, even if the doll's feet do not sit directly on the footrests, so with a little imagination, this pretend-play toy still passes the "fun" test!

A: Hi there! Our Generation toys, including the Heals on Wheels wheelchair accessory set, are designed to work with 18-inch dolls. Baby Alive are 12-inch dolls, so they will fit but Our Generation accessories may be too large.

I have this set. Not disappointed at all with quality but with placement and availability. Dolls in wheelchairs don't just belong in hospital sets - and don't necessarily need healing. Please sell the wheelchair separately or with a doll - and as a designer, hairdresser, or even as a surgeon herself! While we're here, where are the dolls with hearing aids? Why are eye patches only for medical sets? Where are the upper limb differences? The walking frames.....

Cast does not fit American Girl doll feet. Additionally you have to wedge them into the wheelchair and the it tips over constantly from the weight. This is my third purchase from this line and I know it's supposed to be compatible with most 18 inch dolls, but it is not compatible with American girl dolls. This is my last purchase. I have been disappointed with all of my our generation purchases. If I could return this, I would.

My daughter’s OG dolls do not sit properly in the wheelchair. Specifically, when the doll is seated, his/her legs stick straight out and his/her feet do not reach the foot plates. I reached out to OG customer service, who informed me that there are posable dolls (legs bend) and non-posable dolls (legs don’t bend). Apparently my daughter has the non-posable types, and she is disappointed in the wheelchair’s fit. The wheelchair packaging states it is compatible with most 18 inch dolls, but this is misleading. Check to see if your doll’s knees bend prior to buying!

My daughter recently broke her arm, so I got her this set to cheer her up. It is great! It was especially fun because we could basically reenact everything she had done: X-rays, ride in a wheelchair, cast with dry erase marker to sign the cast, crutches, etc. Most of the Our Generation Dolls legs don’t bend, so her legs don’t actually fit into the footholds of the wheelchair, but my kids didn’t even notice. The wheelchair also folds up, so it doesn’t take up much space. The X-rays even have breaks in the bone. Lots of detail and well thought out design.

The cast doesn’t stay on our doll. It clicks down but pops off within a minute or two. The wheelchair seat doesn’t stay flat and the footrests are too short.
