Q: Does the OG Dolls knees bend as they sit on the scooters? Do you have purchase certain OG dolls to use with the scooter?

A: Hi Sherri. The Our Generation line offers 2 types of dolls, posable and non-posable. The posable dolls have knees that can be bent and can sit on the scooters more snuggly. The non-posable dolls can sit with their legs straight out. Thank you. The Battat Team

The knees do not bend, but the scooter is designed for the knees not to bend. The edge of the seat is between the legs and the feet rest on the foot plate of the scooter (although the feet don't quite reach the ground), so it looks like she's sitting, but really she's standing with legs slightly bent at the hip.

Q: How do I open up the storage seat? I ordered it from target.com and i assume the scooter helmet is in the storage compartment?

A: Hello. This scooter does not have a storage hatch and the seat is not made to be opened. The only OG Scooter that offers under the seat storage is the Scooter with sidecar. The Battat Team

First off, this was a birthday present for my 5 year old from Grandma. Grandma's ex-husband (one of Princess' SIX grandparents 😲) proudly rides a motorcycle, and both of my children are fascinated. So this was a great idea on Grandma's part. 😊 It balances on its own and doesn't flop over constantly. The seatbelt holds her doll in place so that she doesn't fall off the scooter the instant our little princess turns to do something else while playing. The helmet fits the doll perfectly, and does sit on the rack of the scooter as shown in the picture. It has already been all over the house several times, and it's been less than a week!

I bought this toy online with some other stuff from Our Generation Collection. I opened the box to find a used motorcycle! It did have the tags on, but clearly it had been used! There was chewed gum stuck in the wheels, the plastic that had to keep the wheels together was Brocken, screws were missing! I need a refund or a replacement ASAP! This is unacceptable! It's supposed to be a Christmas gift! Not pleased at all!
