Delicious but not like Ikea
Prepared 4 bags in crockpot on high for 8hrs. Used the suggested sauce recipe on bag and these turned out delicious. The meatballs and sauce taste nothing like IKEA from my perspective but it is a good Swedish meatball and tasty recipe in a different way.

Ikea dupe!
I’m a huge fan of ikea Swedish meatballs but don’t live close enough to get them. I ordered their sauce packets on Amazon and with these meatballs it’s a perfect dupe! My only complaint - the bag I just got has a lot more bone shards than I’m used to. Like almost every meatball has had at least one, I just had a meatball that had five shards so chew cautiously I guess!

Lots of flavor for something so quick!
We love these meatballs and use them to make a Swedish meatball stroganoff type dish. It’s a one pot wonder! We cook the meatballs in a pot, browning on all sides, about 5 or so minutes. Add a few cups of beef stock and a shake of nutmeg and allspice, then boil. Once boiling, we add frozen peas and a bunch of egg noodles until those are cooked. To finish we add a bunch of sour cream and stir until smooth. It’s so, so good!

Good but a bit salty
Good news, no bugs in my bag as per a previous reviewer. I do agree with other reviews the meatballs are a bit salty. In preperation for this I ommitted as much salt as I could from the gravy I made. It was still salty but we enjoyed our meal. We will use them again.
