Why bother pretending to perforate anymore?

In an attempt to increase waste Charmin is no longer properly perforating their toilet paper. As a result nearly every tear is uneven and wastes part of the next sheet. Raise the price (even more) if you must but why go to these lengths just to scam people?!

NOT ULTRA SOFT....Rough paper

Having been a Charmin user for the family for many years, I am very disappointed. I don't know how anyone can call this ULTRA SOFT with Smooth Tear. It is rough! Yes, it tears easier. But not even close to being the Ultra Soft my family knows and loves. Not happy with this version. Hopefully you will continue to produce Ultra Soft without the 'Smooth Tear'. I am not impressed at all and just sorry I purchased this new version.

Ease of Shopping Target On-Line.

I ordered Charmin Bathroom Toilet Paper online and picked it up at my local Target store. The price was reasonable. Target always has a variety of different sizes, brands and sale ranges. I always buy my paper products, washer/dryer products and health/beauty products at Target because of the price and always in stock whether I shop at my local store or on-line.

Definitely a good everyday option!

Soft and comfortable. With wider sheets and more coverage. The sheets separate easily without making a mess. I also like getting 6 rolls in one package since it’s convenient to have extras on hand.

Order was never received with no explanation
1 reply from Charmin team - 15 days ago
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know what happened with your Target order. Since the Charmin Ultra Soft never arrived and there was no explanation, this points to an issue with the retailer’s fulfillment rather than the product itself. Your comment helps highlight what happened with this delivery, and we’re glad you took the time to let us know.

Won't tear

I know you have a great product. Lately I have an issue with the Mega Roll 6=72 tearing. The last package I bought is atrocious. I hope this doesn't continue to be an issue. If it does, you do have competition, even though not as good.
1 reply from Customer Care team - 22 days ago
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Roll (6 = 72) has been difficult to tear lately — especially since you normally consider it a great product. When the sheets don’t separate cleanly, it makes the whole roll frustrating to use, and your comment shows this most recent package was far below the quality you expect. It’s understandable to be concerned that this issue might continue.

sceptic no more

I've used your TP products in the past but steered clear from them as I found it super soft but ineffective for the most important part of the job. My husband picked this up and boy we're both really impressed. We both noticed that it's soft yet works, thicker and we need less and who ever invented the new tear design is brilliant!
