Fantastic quick option
This is a great quick cheese to grab. I always love the flavors of this line and makes for a perfect pizza night. It doesn't have that weird aftertaste that some bagged mozzarella has .

Taste great
My daughter bought this for an Italian dish and she thought it was amazing. When I tasted it I thought it was pretty good overall. The texture was good and it melted nicely in the dish. We liked the different types of cheese in the blend as it added a variety of textures and flavor.
