Not for a strong spine
Unfortunately this is a very cheap chair. The rolling casters is the best quality part of the chair :/ The seat cushion is the worst! Followed by the underneath of the hand rest. Not high enough and you sink in. Perhaps someone “big and tall” with limited movement would find it comfortable. Not for someone who wants a straight spine while sitting.

It is a pretty good chair for the price. Assembly was not too hard for me and I do appreciate the spring seats. It fit well in my office for guests, I highly recommend.

Poor package handling.
this is a replacement for first chair that had wood damage. return & replacement went fine. This chair had a small blemish on back leg. Outside cardboard was busted in on side and 1 of 2 white straps around box was cut in to cardboard about 6-8 inches long. The handling of this package is awful. The inside packaging is good. Could use some protection on wood legs. I am a woodworker and will take care of blemish. Bill

Decent chair - horrible directions
The chair is fine but the directions were terrible. There was a bit of vital information left out about a bracket that needed to be repositioned, which made it necessary to take the back off and reinstall it. Over all there was a lack of pictured directions and the written directions were very confusing.

Very nice looking and style, however quality is just ok - was a little difficult assembling to get it aligned correctly. Cushion seat is not as firm as I had hoped. Not high enough to fit at my desk. Unfortunately going back.

Comfortable and definitely on the wider side. The cushion feels a little cheap because it's a little springy. For the way it looks and level of comfort, it's worth the price.
