these are very good looking chairs, very contemporary, and sturdy. Unfortunately, they were a bit large for the space I wanted them for and didn't really go with my kitchen, but if this is the style you're looking for these are very attractive chairs.

Wrong height
I love these stools! Unfortunately, I will be returning them. Don't be fooled by the "counter height" description, they are bar height 30.5" tall. Standard counter height is 24". The overall dimensions are in the product description, so I guess it's my fault for not double checking the description. But they are way too high

They swivel!
Love these for our kitchen island! Put them together myself pretty quickly, and they're sturdy. The "gold" is more antiqued/darker hue but still works great with all of our gold fixtures. Highly recommend.

PAY ATTENTION ...RETURN WINDOW IS 90 DAYS! Cushions will completely flatten and break down around month 4. I have had them for 6 months. Target will not stand behind them and send you on a goose chase for the manufacturer. I bought 4 and the cushions are flat except for the butt imprints. Save your money!!

Great first impression
Great, sturdy stools for the price. No concerns about heavier people sitting on them. I see many reviews that the cushion breaks down over time, ours are too new to tell. But the base is very solid and replacing the cushion would be easy enough because of the construction. Assembly is required but nothing too complex. Great value for the cost. Wish you could buy them as a single instead of sets of 2.
