Q: THE HEIGHT LISTED ON THE DESK 28 INCHES HIGH AND THE MATCHING FILE CABINET SAYS IT IS 25 INCHES HIGH, YET THE PHONE SHOWS MUCH MORE SPACE AND ENOUGH TO PUT A PRINTER ON IT, WHICH ANY WOULD BE MORE THAN 3 INCHES??? CAN YOU EXPLAIN?

Good buy, but...

The desk is nice, but as other reviews stated scratches easily. Simple to put together. In my opinion it’s a little costly for how small it actually is and quality. Good starter desk for a student doing distance learning.

Wood paper veneer peels off!

I thought this desk was a wood veneer, but I learned that it's "paper veneer." My son was working on a craft project and placed some painter's tape on the corner of the desk. When I was cleaning up and removed the tape, the paper veneer peeled off! I was shocked as I thought it was a wood veneer (my mistake for not reading the description more closely). This desk was purchased for distance learning and otherwise worked out, but the paper veneer is not durable if it can't even hold up to painter's tape!

I guess a good value if you don't mind a fake wood look

Absolute junk. I guess it's probably durable enough but I didn't even take it out of the box. Took one look at the awful fake wood finish and closed it back up to return to the store.

Decent , not real wood but I love the way it looks .. bought this for my little brother cause school and all .. lightweight easy to assemble and not heavy to move. Nice table! would be great for a office !

Great multi-purpose table

This desk is very easy to put together. I love the size of the top and the look of it. It is a very nice multi-purpose table for the price. I use it as a desk and I also use it to do detail painting on small items...just throw down some newspaper and it is a perfect with my task lamp next to the table.

Decent quality for the price

Looks just like the picture. The top is not real wood, and although it looks like the real thing, it isn't incredibly durable and scratches pretty easily. Still, a pretty good and nice looking desk for the price.
