Serta Chair can't be assembled -- bolts don't line up
To assemble the two halves of the chair, you are supposed to press them together until the bolts line up with the holes. However, there is no way they can line up. I'm an engineer with a complete workshop and believe me, this product was incorrectly made.

Butt grooves
we've had this chair in my husband's office for 1.5 years. that's not very long for the condition it's in. the cushion is completely flattened where his butt sits all day. it's a perfect imprint of his bottom. my kids won't sit in it because of this. the up and down hydraulics went out within a year of purchase. we're about to roll this $340 chair out to the curb.

Height Adjustment no longer works
When I adjust the chair to the highest setting, it no longer stays there. I've had this chair just over a year, used when working from home exclusively, full-time about 6 months, 2 days per week for 6 months.

Don’t bother with warranty
Purchased this because I thought Serta name would carry some credibility. The box arrived and was missing all the wheels and hardware. The cushion had white cotton on the outside of the threads and a broken zipper. I made the mistake of calling the warranty number instead of returning the product. Big mistake! It’s been over a month. At first they responded that they would ship hardware and it would arrive in 7-10 days. Never happened and they have stopped responding to emails. I assume they think they strung me along long enough to pass warranty. Taking this one back to Target.

Cute, doesn't wear well, not comfortable
This chair shipped quick, looks nice, easy to assemble, but terribly uncomfortable. I tried it for a month, thinking maybe i'll get used to it (plus it looked cute in my office)- but i realized the chair is only getting worse and the arm rests are at a very strange height. Also, the fabric on the seat is not longer laying nicely... it's bunching up. I sit in it maybe 12 hours a week. It's just not worth the money at all. I'd skip this one. If you need it to stage an office, then get it... it really does look nice!

Best option for sitting several hours.
After researching for several days all over internet for a comfy chair, I decided to purchase this one. First because of the comfort factor, I do online study for some hours weekdays and the price was affordable considering other similar chairs with same quality. The chair feels more like a sofa chair with wheels to me and it’s very comfortable. Quality seems great and I think you can even wash the pillow cover where you sit, because it has a zipper. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Pink is BABY pink....
I got the pink color because the picture looked like a really pretty blush. Well, it’s baby elephant pink. There was also a big crease in the arm that wasn’t going to come out...but other than the color being way off from the picture, the material was good quality.

Cushion doesnt last
Loved this chair when I first purchased. Still love the look but a little over a year of using this M-F in my work from home office the cushion is no longer full and has a giant curve in the shape of my butt. I would recommend maker to choose a longer lasting foam material or for buyers who will only use this occasionally and not for daily use!
