I always keep a few in the fridge!

These are great if you are experiencing stomach issues, ate something bad, heartburn, etc. I always keep a few in the fridge for when my stomach just isn't feeling it's best. I like the taste and usually drink it first thing in the morning about 30 minutes before eating anything.

Honesly it taste just like pineapple juice. It didn't make me have to do a number 2 because I ate food first and then drink this after. Not sure of the benefits but it sure taste good. The company says you can drink one a day so I'm gonna try it for 7 days straight and report back to let you guys know if I feel a difference
