A: Hello Shelly, We are happy to help answer your question. The Katherine vanity stool has a plush seat upholstered in tufted cream polyester fabric. However it is not button tufted; there are no buttons. Hope that helps, and we were glad to assist!

Q: The "narrow legs" are really hardwood? They look like metal. As wood, the legs don't look strong enough to hold 250 lbs.

If you’d like a well made stool to sit on at your vanity, don’t buy this. If you’d like a piece of uneven junk that wobbles side to side worse than a rollercoaster, proceed with your purchase. PSA: It’s already broke.

I have now bought this item online twice hoping the first one was just defective. There are no buttons! It’s tufted but there are no buttons. There are buttons in the pictures but the item arrives with no buttons. I will now have to return a second stool.

Great vanity stool
Beautiful vanity stool. Firm cushion, nice brushed bronze finish, & perfect height. Easy to assemble however the feet were not even so there was a little wobble. I readjusted to try to offset this but was not able to resolve the issue.
