Bought 6 of these chairs (3 sets). Put together and followed the given instructions. 1 out of 6 were severely wobbly. Target 800 number could not help. Contacted Simpli Home (manufacturer) and they sent another set of instructions. After several adjustments they are perfect.

Have these for two years and 14 days, so easy to find previous orders under my account. One of 8 chairs we bough has a tear in the center, where the seam is. Probably from using it on a regular basis. Couldn't find a place to ask for help under the order that I placed two years ago, and since it's two weeks after the two year mark, there is also no option to return. Other than the tear in that one chair the chairs are great for daily use and love the color.
