The pads are too small for the XL tray, urine passes over the plastic edges and under the pads because edges lie flat, not up the sides of the tray.

Like the idea of the system but doesn't drain well and smells. Urine doesn't drain from the slanted side so it pools and smells. Would be great if the green drain tray was sold separately so you could replace when needed. Ours is cleaned twice a month since we have multiple cats and it doesnt work. over time it doesnt last. This XL system would be great for multiple cats but the lack of drainage and smell is unbearable.

This by far the worst cat litter box I have ever encountered! After 2 days of our cat using this the pad was saturated with urine and the area just smells like cat pee! The pellets are the worst they don’t smell horrible! Tidy cats should have to refund us for this horrible product! Should really test your product out before you put on the market! Anyone looking into this product should look else where!

I have had this litter box system for years now and absolutely love. It is so easy to maintain and there is no smell or litter all over the place. I have a set schedule I've been using and it is awesome. Every Sunday I'll change the pee pad and then every month I change the pellets. Whenever I change the pellets I wipe everything down with a wet wipe to keep it clean and maintained. My cat loves it and I love it. I paired it with the litter genie and it's made my life so simple.

The pellets do not last. Despite constant cleaning it smells terrible. Wish I had never bought it.

I've had the hooded version for several years and even though I try and keep it washed out and changed regularly. I have noticed that the cat's urine has started to leave a crusty residue on the green screen tray and washing it only has gotten me so far and it has steadily progressed in the years we have used the system despite my scrubbing. the rest of the hood and trays are in great shape BUT nowhere does it seem that I can purchase just a replacement green tray. This seems SUPER wasteful.

My cat is over 20 years old with some kidney issues so he pees A LOT … this thing has been amazing!

I've used the smaller (not covered) system for a while now for my maine coon kitten and love it. I purchased the XL for my daughter who has a heavier cat and was thinking of getting another xl for my growing mc, but there are issues with the xl that are stopping me. 1. It's really huge and takes up a lot of space. 2. It's so large that the tray that holds the litter seems flimsy and makes the cat nervous to walk on it. 3. The uneven draining (hole for liquid is not in the middle) causes urine to sit on the long side if that side is used and then causes smell. I think they could knock a couple inches off both sides and still have an xl box that would feel sturdier and drain better

This pellet system is the best litter box system for our two kitties. It’s sooo easy to use and keep clean!

I really love this litter box system, but I’m begging you to please consider making a large size, somewhere in between the regular and the XL. The regular size is a bit on the small side if you have larger cats, but the XL is so big that it doesn’t fit inside any litter box enclosures that are on the market. I feel like this would be a perfect system if there was an additional size offered!

I have been using this system since I brought home my current cat Bean, 5 years ago. He loves it as much as I do! He is a huge water drinker and pees buckets. I find that he pees in the same area in the box-a back corner- so that part of the pad gets filled fast and the rest of the pad is pure white. I might change the pad more than I need -every 7 days. But after 2-3 days I flip the tray so the peed part is now in the front and the fresh white area is now where he predominantly pees. I feel like it makes the pad last longer and be used completely. I change the pellets every 2-3 months. In between cleaning I wipe the green tray that holds the pellets with a paper towel sprayed with a drop of Dawn spray. My only complaint is that the whole box is like new but the green tray really needs to be replaced. Is it possible to replace that part without having to throw away the entire system?

Love this box for my rabbit! However it would be nice if we could get replacement parts for it. I need one of the new green trays for mine but they aren't sold separately.

Leaks. The urine leaks into the floor by the entry. I change the pad twice a week for one cat. I have to use potty pads in front of and under the litter box.

I change the pad and pellets at the recommended intervals for one cat but despite that, urine leaked through the cheap plastic tray for the pad and was all over the floor. Very, very unhappy. Not only was it disgusting, but my hardwood floor will probably never be the same again. I demand compensation in some form.

Overall very pleased! The Breeze system plus a litter genie has made life easier in my two-cat household. We scoop the solids into the genie every couple of days and change the pad once a week on trash day. Much less gross than clay litter, and while some pellets get kicked out there is less mess than pretty litter or other pellet brands. Needed the XL box for my enormous Bombay cat. Only issue is that I’d like to put the whole box in some sort of furniture enclosure, to add smell protection, but I can’t find one big enough, especially with the opening on the long side!

My cats aren’t using it! I have half their regular litter boxes and then the new one and even sprinkled in some litter to help them. They will occasionally pee in it. Ive spent so much I want this to work any tips?

I LOVE this system after trying out 4 others initially. The tilting hood for cleaning or filling and the sloped sides are fantastic. What would be perfect is this style but slightly larger. I know there's the XL, but it doesn't have a hood and the opening being on the side rather then the front limits placement.
