Good foam. Good headrest. 2 years so far.
Loved the chair. It did not make me go to the chiropractor. I’m in this chair at least 8 hours a day for the last 2 years. It has a good tilting function with tilt lock. The foam hasn’t come close to bottoming out despite me being 190 pounds. The headrest is in a good place. At 5’10 I bet the headrest will fit 5’4 to 6’2. Any taller and you might end up looking at the ceiling instead of forward. And shorter and it might prevent you from looking up. My only gripe is the arm rests are a loose and a little tall for most desks. However I typically put my desk on 1” risers so it’s not a big deal for me personally. Just hits desks when friends and family borrow the chair and push it in. And yes friends and family ask to use my chair when I leave because it’s genuinely a comfortable chair. As for loose. The arms wiggle a lot. No amount of locktite and torque will get them to stay tight. They’re far from falling off. They just wiggle a lot. I don’t really care but you might. I think the compound movement of reclining loosens it gradually. But again it’s more of a cosmetic concern than a safety one I sit in Herman Miller and Steelcase at work. This chair can’t hang with them in terms of adjustability. But in terms of long lasting quality cushioning it sure can. Plus it’s a fifth of the price.
