We had several issues with this bed, unfortunately. First, we received the bed with a damaged part. Luckily, it was the first part we needed for assembly, so we didn't get too far before noticing. After receiving a replacement part (and sleeping on a mattress on the floor, in the meantime, since we'd gotten rid of our old bed, we slept on the bed for less than a week before the bed fell apart. The main support bar completely twisted, damaging our refinished original hardwood floors in the process. I'd spend a little more and get a different bed, this one was a complete waste of time and money.
