Odd grouping of furniture pieces

I bought this furniture set to go with the Hearth & Hand dollhouse I bought for my daughter. I was disappointed to see that the set does not include a bed! Or a couch! I guess this is supposed to be bathroom and living room furniture, but I find the choice of pieces to be really odd. What kind of furniture set has 2 (3?) night stands/end tables with lamps, a vanity, a dresser, a random stool...but NO BED, and NO COUCH? Most kids who play with dollhouses are very into putting the dolls to bed. The design is cute enough although I'm not a fan of the green. It doesn't seem to go with the brand's aesthetic in my opinion. My daughter doesn't seem to care though.

Nice Addition

This doll house was a Christmas present for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. The furniture included was an odd assortment, so this set complements the original pieces. Given the three stories, she could use another set of different furniture. None are available, and these were hard to find in stock. In addition, I read many of the reviews about dolls and sizes before ordering the Melissa and Doug people. Strange Magnolia doesn't have a character choice for this house.
