Q: Does anyone know if all 4 sides of the seat have the live edge? From the photos, it looks like only the 2 long sides have the live edge. Also, if anyone has a pic of this item in their home, I'd love to see it!

  • A: Hi Marianne, Thanks for your question! Due to the nature of this being real wood the live edge is only on two sides. We have cut the wood on a straight angle to build the bench to the measured size. Definitely check out some of the other items in this collection that will show them in more of a room setting. We'd love to see some customer images too! It is solid wood and a beautiful piece of furniture!

Arrived broken

Arrived broken and had to box back up and bring to FedEx to return. This thing is big and heavy for one person to lug to FedEx. No replacement unit available so will be accepting a refund and looking elsewhere for a bench.

Defective legs, poor quality

Screw holes to attach legs on the bench are randomly placed and not aligned making it impossible to screw all four screws to attach the legs securely to the wood bench. The bench is really heavy and packaged in a way that it's impossible to repack. Target customer service has not been helpful in getting defective merchandise replacement resolved.

Tippy bench.

It’s easy to tip the bench or make it rock by sitting on the edge. We have little kids so we’re taking it back. I think it would be easy for a toddler to pull it over onto himself.

The bench is solid, sturdy, and organically beautiful. It is NOT though 14 inches in depth as advertised. It is 16 plus inches deep. Disappointed in false and misleading description.
