A: Description states: "Standard image size held: 11 x 14 inches, 8.5 x 11 inches." I would conclude that 11 x 14 is the size held without mat and 8.5 x 11 is the size for the matted image.

Arrived already broken
It arrived damaged/ cracked in one of the corners. Although the design of it looked pretty nice for the price, the quality of it wasn't great. Ultimately returned and went with a better and cheaper frame i found elsewhere.
