Delicious Sweet Italian Sausage

This is a very good tasting sweet Italian sausage. I've purchased it many times now, using it in sausage & pepper sandwiches, adding it to spaghetti sauce and as a great pizza topping. The size of the individual sausages are just right for frying them up in a large frying pan. My family commented that we can taste that bit of fennel seed, perhaps ground with the pork, which brightens up the flavor of all traditional Italian sausages. It's great to have a package in the freezer for preparing easy meals too.
