Great meal for busy lives

The packaging is nice and the instructions are very straight forward. The broccoli and beef are both tender and loaded with sauce. Will definitely pick these up next time I visit the store.

Where's the beef??
This was tasty, but left me hungry, not enough meat to call it a meal. Luckily I added my own broccoli, so at least I had a decent amount of food.

Ingredients need to be cooked properly
I like most of Marie Calendar's rice bowls; however, this one is not for those who may have issues with dental partials or dentures. The meat is tough, and the broccoli is raw and extremely tough. I might suggest that you braise the meat longer and at least cook the broccoli to a somewhat tender stage.

I recently tried Marie Callender's Beef and Brocco
and had mixed feelings about it. The broccoli and rice were actually the best part. The sauce paired well with the rice and made that part of the meal enjoyable. Unfortunately, the beef was my least favorite part of this bowl. They were a bit bland and didn't seem to have much flavor compared to the rest of the bowl. I found myself wishing the beef had been more seasoned or tender. Overall, it's a decent meal if you're in a hurry.

Try for yourself
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor was decent in this dish but I wasn't a fan of the meat. I basically ate around the meat. It was very chewy to me which I didn't like but what should I expect from a frozen diner. I would be open to trying other options from this brand.

Coming from a frozen microwave meal, it actually has quality tasting ingredients with a firm textured rice and soft and tender beef. The thick gravy really tops it off though. Great new meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dish can be microwaved or put in the oven. I chose to microwave a d it came out great. The sliced beef was tender and the broccoli had a slight crunch to it. The rice was perfect and you could taste the ginger, although it was not overpowering. The bowl of food was a perfect size.
