Poor quality

I’m disappointed in this brand. Target used to have Jennie-O hot Italian turkey sausage. The butterball pales in comparison. It’s not spicy at all. If you’re cooking something where you need to remove sausage from the casing - don’t get this brand! The casing might as well be wet paper - it just tears apart when you try to squeeze the sausage out of it. I would not purchase this again.
