Q: Is the battery already inside the watch? I just received mine and can’t seem to turn it on. Is there a button I need to hold to do that? The Manuel does not show how to turn it on.

Purchased 12/8/25 and was given as a gift Christmas morning. Today, 1/27/26, my son picked it up to put on and it was completely blank. We replaced the battery, and it’s still blank. So for $50, he got almost exactly one month’s wear out of it. Since we didn’t keep the box, we’re unable to return it. Complete waste. We specifically chose the Timex Expedition because of their reputation but that was obviously a mistake.

Arrives with dead batteries
Do not purchase these watches. I bought these for my kids so they could play outside and come home at a certain time. They arrived with dead batteries. I thought maybe I just was sent 2 defective ones, so I ordered 2 more just to make sure. One arrived again with a dead battery. The other one had a battery that died a few days later. They looked like really nice watches. Really disappointed.

Very Durable-Recommend
This watch lasted my hubby 2 years!!! May not be long to some, but given the type of work my hubby does and he never, ever took it off even in the shower!!! It was very durable and it had been banged against everything you could think of. Well, purchasing another one today as the other one broke 3 days ago. He loves his watch!!!

Broke at the band
Gifted this to my husband who is hard on watches due to his line of work. It’s lasted about a year and a half which is about the same time as the Casio watch my husband used to wear religiously. It is more “stylish” and he never complained about it. Ended up breaking on the band which is typically what he sees happen. Wish it would’ve lasted a little longer tho.
