This medication did not work. The day nor the night. It was a huge waste of money. It was my first time trying it. Maybe it’s just my body/chemical make up.

i loved this medicine, had a mini cold and it brought relief instantly, for anyone saying the pill makes you “choke” your not drinking enough water to swallow it. 100% recommendation if your coming down with something.

Almost died
I choked and nearly died in front of my two boys when trying to swallow the first pill. I meant to grab the fizzy tablets but accidentally got these. We’ve had the flu all week now. After I finally got it back up it was still whole and solid as a rock. Why is a liquid pill so hard???? Think I tore something in my throat straining to breathe.

Too fat
I almost choked on it , it’s not easy to swallow. It claims to be 25% smaller but it still is too fat to swallow and I’m used to drinking pills . It’s not user error . I drank more water and it wouldn’t go down then I tried food and it had to be forced down . Pls make smaller pills this can be a choking hazard

Extremely Disappointing
Terrible. The nighttime medication only kept me asleep for less than 4 hours, and I still woke up feeling awful. When I take the DayQuil/NyQuil brand, I feel a difference after the first night without fail! But this is ridiculous.

I'll never purchase these again. There are like swallowing marbles. They should be longer & thinner but short & stubby was not a fun pill to swallow. The day gel seems to work well enough. I can't say for the night gels because I take them literally right before getting in bed. I'll stick with the fizzy tablets that I grew up on. These gels aren't slow acting but the fizzy tabs seem to work a little fast. Sorry but I can't recommend this product in it's current gel shape. Oh, I almost forgot. Don't forget scissors unless your hand strength is that of the Incredible Hulk. My God! I couldn't separate the blister pack nor could I rip open the individual pack. Scissors or a knife every time. I'm not the only person stating this issue.

Work really well, but...
I’ve been using this product for years. It’s the only one that actually seems to work. Like other reviewers have said though, the packaging is very hard to open, especially if you aren’t feeling well. Mostly though, the pills themselves are too round and thick and nearly choke me each time I take them. I’m not someone who usually has an issue with taking larger pills at all. If they just elongated them that would probably help. I will still continue to buy them and do recommend, if you can swallow them.

Contains dyes
The pills are bright orange and green. It's weird to put a medicine like this into our bodies. I threw it away and used something else. There is more and more research that dyes and additives are really bad for us, especially women. I wish these companies would find better ingredients. The pills don't even need a color.

The best cold product around!
Huge fan of this product, it works effectively and quickly! My only complaint is that the pills are kind of large and a weird shape to swallow and sometimes get caught in my throat. The foil an plastic packaging is also difficult to open when feeling sick, so I suggest keeping some scissors around to help. But I'll gladly pick this over other cold & flu medicine, it works wonders!
