Do not buy!
I would rate it zero star if it's an option. This brand is named safety 1st but nothing is safe with this chair. The tray can be lifted up easily by a 14 month old baby! Food and tray tip over every time. It's a safety hazard to use this. I hate this product and will not support this brand anymore. This is going to be returned.

Very convenient
I have 3, one for every day, one that stays in my vehicle, one for my parents' house. My first child we got them for is now 11 and my 2 year old is still able to use the same chair my first did. It is hard to snap the tray on but it helps keep them in. I've never had it fall off of a chair with both the bottom and back strap on. My kids have never fallen out of the chair with or without the tray on. Easy to clean, clearly last a long time. I've read some of the other reviews and they clearly just didn't use it right.

Poor design
Poor design, baby lifted his knees up and tray popped off. Crotch strap short doesn’t secure at waist unless tiny child in it. Back of seat doesn’t stay secure in upright position so he slides down.

Not Safe
I purchased this for my granddaughter. She is 10 months. If she leans back, the back of the chair snaps off. It has happened several times. I would not recommend.

CAUTION: SERIOUS INJURY
Safety hazard: can topple over even when secured to a chair. My son reached forward and the booster seat along with the chair it was attached fell over causing my son to fall on his face and lose two teeth.

Cheaply made and only useful for tiny babies.
Adding the table makes it too small for chubby thighs. I couldn't get it to snap, and my baby isn't a large baby. It also seems cheaply made. I would not feel safe walking away from him even for a second if I had been able to make it work.

Flimsy- will be returning.
Very flimsy seat. The characteristics that make it multi- function also make it flimsy. Tray does not function as it should. Front buckle is difficult to disengage. Seat slides in chair even with straps as tight as they will go. Very disappointed, will be returning.

Tray does not latch well It doesn’t slide on to both sides at once making it lopsided or needing adjustment while child is seated in it. It pinched my grandbaby’s skin, made him cry left a mark. Not happy

Decent booster seat
This is a decent booster seat if you are looking for a no-frills booster seat to be used at the table. We never used the tray because we just pulled our son right up to the table. I would've given it a lower rating if we had used the tray because it was not particularly convenient to get on and off. It has good sturdy straps. And it does have two separate layers so you can make it shorter as your child grows. The construction is pretty solid, but we did find that the straps tend to get pulled loose overtime and need to be retightened or the chair slides off and takes your child with it. The backrest is removable, which is great for when you want to permanently remove it. However, it does wiggle loose quite easily and you have to push it back in place fairly often. There are few crevices, so it's relatively easy to keep clean.

This booster seat would not secure safely to my kitchen chair. I could strap it, but it slid all over. The legs to extend it to its highest height were super flimsy. I just didn’t feel safe using it. It was also nearly impossible to thread the straps through before using it!
