Description
ZWILLING Professional "S" knives are the classic knives for the professional kitchen. A solid steel, seamless manufacturing and three rivet design with full tang delivers optimum balance and the safe handling. The knives are honed and hand-finished by the most skilled artisans. The laser controlled edge is incredibly sharp. The knives are made of proprietary special formula German steel that has been perfected over the years. Combined with ZWILLING's FRIODUR ice-hardening technique, the result is a harder, sharper blade that will not stain or chip and remains sharp longer. Each knife is precision forged from a single piece of steel using ZWILLING's SIGMAFORGE process. The result is an exceptionally sturdy, balanced, and flexible blade. The bolster provides the right balance and acts as a finger guard. The paring knife is a small knife with a strong blade and center tip. It is ideal for cleaning, peeling and cutting small fruits and vegetables.

Pro S 4 inch pairing and Pro S series
Used this knife and the Pro “S” for 20 years. Excellent knife. Broke mine cutting on a Granite counter, just ordered a replacement same knife because it is so good. I have a complete set and this is one of my most used.

Great knife, but you can't have mine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my daughter moved to her own place, she thought she lost this knife. Well, it was her favorite, but I wasn't going to give up mine, so I had to get her a new one. It's a great knife for all uses, not just paring. She also liked it since she has a smaller hand, so it fit nicely.

Great knives
I have bought several different knives, trying to find sharp knives that would stay sharp for awhile and by golly I think I just find them!!! I ordered 4- 4” paring knives as that is my go to on a daily basis and 1- 3 1/2”, and also their knife sharpener. It was an investment for us but I was going for quality and hopefully will not have to replace for many years if ever.

Lasts a lifetime

Amazing customer service and quality
I had a set of Knives that were about 15 years old and some of the handles got chipped and needed replacement. I sent in my entire set expecting to receive the same knives back with refurbished handles. The team notified me that they no longer made that model and sent me a whole line of new, professional knives! They just got a customer for life! Very satisfied with the entire process!

Sharp and Skillful

Great knife!
We had had one of this exact same model for probably 40+ years. My wife always used as her go to steak knife because it fit her hand well. The rivets have begun to deteriorate and the handle had a small crack in it. So we decided it was time to replace. We are very pleased with the two new ones we bought. The shipping was prompt and the knives arrived in excellent shape, are extremely sharp and should last us until we pass them on to a future generation. We are very happy with our two new knives and are saving up to purchase a couple of other knives for the kitchen.
