Love it!
I absolutely love this pan. I love how you can mince most things out with hot water alone. I've never experienced that before with cookware I've owned or used. I also like that you do not have to use any oils in this pan for food not to stick. I own the pots and pans set, but gave the pans to my son. My other italian pan started to chip after 8 years. I have owned the set of pots for 5 years now, so I know this company makes great quality cookware.

Very good nonstick!
We love these pans! We have a set of three sizes. I’ve learned they do best at medium or low heat, I bought this one to replace my old one where I cooked on high too often and ruined the nonstick coating, which was my fault. The other two we’ve had for years with no issues. They’re truly nonstick if cared for.
