Using Fedex for delivery is always a wrong decision. Don not expect any purchases if delivered by Fedex. Cannot contact delivery ground directly, using outsorced in different country. You will never get anywhere.

Products has a leak never was able to use it properly.

Pump went out after one day. Not able to return or email about a problem since it had been 30 days.

So easy to set up with a couple helpers took me 30 min with a level ground. I am happy I made this purchase.

It’s a lovely pool, but it’s leaking from a seam straight out of the package and doesn’t seem to be fixable…hasn’t even been used. Concrete slab was pressure washed and new foam pad was placed for it to rest on. My kids are very disappointed and we’re past the return window since I bought it last winter for this spring/summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool is awesome, I wish I wouldve gotten one sooner. Its super easy to setup and take down, which is exactly what I need. For us, we dont need to have it up year round, I only put it up when kids will be here for an extended period of time. I take it down when the kids leave so I can have my yard back. The pool seems tough, its not showing any signs of wear and I even let my 100lb dog swim around in it. The kids absolutely love it, they can spend all day outside going back and forth between the pool and the trampoline. The pool does take almost a full day to fill up, so plan accordingly. Overall its a great product, we love it.

I know it has measurements but the overall size was a pleasant surprise. First I will say before you get started make sure your area is nice and level. I also put a large tarp under the pool. Mine didn't come with one so if this is something you want under your pool get one before you get started. It took 4 of us a couple of hours to put it together. Honestly, that was the easy part. Filling it up took forever but it is a lot of water needed. Once we had it full we placed the cover on to protect it from debris coming off the trees. The cover was loose fitting and a real pain to put on but overall it does the job. The pump seems a little small for the size so we will have to see how it holds up. If you are looking for a nice pool I would recommend the Bestway 14ft x 42in Power Steel Deluxe Above Ground Swimming Pool Set and Pump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my Bestway 14×42 foot pool. It is a study pool and easy to set up. I did look up on you tube also since videos really help me. Perfect for my 3 boys to go swim in and fits in my yard. I reccomend Bestway!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a few pop up pools over the years and this is my second Bestway. For the money they aren’t too bad, you will probably get 2 seasons out of the liner, just accept that going in. Set up is easy, I would recommend getting the after market skimmer. The current design is a huge hassle to change the filter cartridge. In my opinion the pump is under powered and should have an additional 500-1,000 gph of flow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tall walls and very comfortable. I think the pool pump needs to be larger or stronger. It takes quite some time to circulate. Easiest pool to install. Pretty durable. I threw my pups in it and they haven’t torn it up.

We knew it was going to take a while, but not as long as it did, haha! So, definitely prepare the kids to be waiting! Anywho! So far, we have had an awesome time with this pool! My daughter is a mermaid on the side, haha, so she is obsessed and was so excited when we got it! I love that it literally comes with everything you need (minus chemicals, at least for mine)! It comes with the pool (obviously, haha), the pump/filter, a ladder and a cover! We were so shocked but so pleased when we seen the included items! Definitely make sure that you have a level area before you even start setting up the pool along with a cover or tarps for underneath! The set up process was easy, at least with two people it was! The attachments/bars appear to be pretty sturdy so far! The instructions were useful but in some areas should be a bit more clear. For the cons, no ground cover, which is needed in my opinion. And the pump seems a bit small for the size of the pool, leaving me wondering if it's going to last very long. We shall see. All in all, my daughter is happy and that's what matters most to me! Perfect for family time! Especially during the hot florida summer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this item in the mail a few days ago and it came just in time for the heatwave that occurs in my hometown. It’ll reach over 100 in my state and this pool is the perfect way to relax and kick back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the pool so far. It is a nice addition to our backyard, especially here in sunny Arizona. Our 7 year old daughter loves it too. Product quality is fair, construction materials are ok. It took us about two hours to assemble it, it was fairly easy to put together. Instructions could have been clearer though. The pump seems undersized for the volume of the pool, I'm skeptical that it lasts very long. The set includes a cover, but it doesn't fit very well. A little loose, it comes off too easily. Also note that the pool does NOT include a ground cloth, necessary in my opinion to increase its lifespan, so I used old tarps. Overall a good product, I recommend it.
