It rocks
Like all of our Henckle knives, they are just about as good as it gets. It has a really nice feel. Sometimes our eight inch chefs knife is a bit much for the job at hand. This a very nice alternative. It rocks!

Huge upgrade from the knives that I have been using which were pretty and colorful until the paint started chipping off the blades! Will never gave to worry about that with this knife.
