A: Both have Granitium nonstick coating. Ballarini Modena has all glass Lids, grey Soft Touch handles and the Thermopoint technology indicator and a larger Dutch Oven. Ballarini Asti has glass lids with metal rims, firm black handles, no Thermopoint indicator, however the Asti does have an 11" Stir fry pan with lid.

Best pans I've ever owned!
I've been using my GF Ballarini pans for a few years and never been disappointed in the amazing non-stick surface. So when we went different ways I immediately bought my own set and already living them. Eggs, no butter or grease, the first morning and simple wipe to clean. AMAZING!

This is my second set, I have been using it for 5 years and will never use any other ones. I love them. They eventually start sticking after wear and tear but they last a long time.

i love that it does not have bolts where the handle attaches -- this makes cleaning so easy! it is also true to the name: non-stick. i have no issue with food getting stuck to it at all. i love the look, and i love using them.

Great set
really great set. they look and perform great. they have no bezels in the pan so food does not get stuck anywhere. My stove may be to strong for them since they get discolored if I go medium. the sensors are sensitive also so keep flames away.

Great Pots
I love the look of these pots. They are beautiful and help me to create beautiful dishes. I love how easy they are to clean. The heat sensor can be inaccurate but that’s not a huge deal to me. I have already recommended my family members to purchase these pots because they have been worth every cent.

Great set!
Great produce! I purchased a set 3 years ago and the glass leds started falling apart while I was cooking in them and they would mix in the food. It was deadly! The new set has a metal around the edge and the problem has fixed.

The frying pans are a bit small and it would be great to have a large frying pan in the set but I do not mind buying that separately. Loving the non stick pans, they are durable, easy to clean, and a joy to cook with.

Very nice set of non-stic cookware
Had it for month, got it on sale at the Bay. Good reviews were one of the reasons we went with this set and that it was made in Italy. So far so good. The pots and lids have a nice weight and the non-stick is really good.
