This server is extremely versatile. I use the server as a griddle on top of the stove top, and I can also use it in the oven up to 500 F degrees. Great way to serve fajitas for a crowd, as well as making home made pita and naan bread. Easy clean up, and easy to store.

Great entertaining piece. Just load this in the oven for twenty minutes and you have a sizzling hot surface to keep all your proteins and vegetables nice and hot. Use stove top as a griddle to make large amounts of panini, grilled cheese, hamburgers, hot dogs and pancakes and eggs. Very versatile, and is a unique serving piece. Allows hear lots of wows when I pull this pan out!

I love this sizzle plate and holder combo. In our house we have fajita Fridays. I like to bring the meat to the table still sizzling. The wooden base holds it securely on the table while we dish out. No worries about it sliding off of a regular trivet. The enamel coating makes it easy to use. No seasoning required and you can use soap to clean it up. The matte texture gives a great sear and even browning. The natural properties of the cast iron keeps the food hot at the table throughout service.

I've got 6 of these beauties...Can't serve without guest comment/compliment! Heats and holds (think fajitas) and base is a tough base. Enameled everywhere so clean-up is not a hassle.

I love using this dish because I can cook food and bring it straight to the table and I don't have to worry about the dish moving around and possibly burning someone because the wooden holder makes it very stable.

This is a great searing and serving pan, just pop into the oven get the steaks nice and sizzling hot, bring to the table and the base keeps it safe.

The heat capability of the pan is amazing. I sear steaks on it and then whisk it to the table. I have also used it to make a vegetable stir fry or most recently I used it as a serving platter. So versatile.

Fajitas for two? Plancha roasted prawns in garlic butter. Flatbreads. Tortillas server. Baking dish - great for S'mores. Wasn't sure what I'd use this for, and now I've found a list of things. The quality cast iron is enamel coated and requires no seasoning. Can take the high heat of a broiler, and the direct heat of a stove. Fabulous!

Roasted vegetables and sheet pan dinners for two just got a new serving piece! No need to roast and transfer to a serving platter...this goes from oven to table and keeps it piping hot right up to serving. Great black matte coating doesn't need seasoning and cleans up easily.

Even though this is a shallow dish, you can make just about anything in it. Roast your root veggies, warm your tortillas or burritos, make a fruit tart or crisp! I love that it goes straight to the table for a nice presentation. No need to pull out more plates.

This is a great pan for fajitas! Stays hot for a really long time and the wood base is easy to handle. We have also used it as a cooking surface for wagyu beef slices at the table. Yum!

Bought a new stove which has a long rectangular burner in the middle. This is perfect for that. I saute vegetables (peppers, onions, asparagus) while I prepare rest of dinner. I especially like that I can take it from stove and serve in wooden holder & stays nice and hot.

This dish seemed to be small but it can handle variety of cooking needs. You can bake brownies, perfectly thin brownies and easy to scoop them out for its shallow siding. Great for rectangular cookies, variety of delicious recipe' serves as sizzling plate. You can also use this on a stove top for any frying, grilling or searing purposes. This is one of the popular medium cast iron at our store, being that it is not so big and it serves as frying pan for its flat bottom.
