I love the look of this knife almost as well as it cuts. The all steel design is very sleek. The satin finished handle is very comfortable to hold. The blade itself is very sharp and very strong. The slim blade profile gives me thin accurate slices and cuts. I knew I was going to purchase a Henckels knife because the name has always meant quality to me and this new look sealed the deal.

I love using this santoku knife instead of a chef's knife because I like the wide blade that makes it easy to move food from the cutting board to the pan. The sleek, all metal design makes it really modern looking.

The name really speaks for itself, I love how modern of a look it is. I was looking for something with this aesthetic and it’s perfect. It’s a great forged German stainless steel santoku knife, a blade shape you can use for everything. The textured handle contours nicely to my hand and has a good weight to it as well.
