Extremely misleading about cutting. They mean you can cut them to shorten them, not cut them to use in different locations.

I’m really happy with this Cync Smart LED light. It’s great for the price and has pretty much every color you can think of. I love that you can customize the lighting to whatever you prefer, whether you want something bright, soft, or colorful for a different mood. bad experience customer service department. first time I ordered they left my items outside my apartment complex building next to the road and was stolen and never was issued a refund

Not worth the setup
Incredibly frustrating setup process. Would not connect and tells me to reset the device which is a series of turning off and on with periods of 2-8 seconds in between. A simple reset button would have been more efficient. I wish there was a remote or color changing button since I cannot get these to connect to the app. Should have stayed with Govee.

Waste of money
I bought these a few months ago, yes you can cut them but what the company does not tell you is once you cut them, the piece that isn't attached to the power supply will not connect to the app even if you reattach them to a strip that has power. Cut these lights and the cut piece is worthless

Will not hold a charge, from the first time opened. Was easy to affix, easy to install on the wall. The ap to control it sucks. Would not work with the motion detector.

Wish they came with a remote. My son and I spent a lot of time and mental energy setting them up and they still aren’t working together. Wish we would’ve gotten a different brand.

Dissapointing product
The adhesive did not hold for even 24 hours. Very disappointed, as was my son. Do not buy this product unless mounting it on the top/horizontal side of a shelf or desk as the adhesive will not hold on anything vertical.
