I tend to lean toward the less than ecstatic reviews about this product. Yes, it's soft, but it's thinner than even the Walgreens bath tissue I usually use and because of that sheets can shred at the perforations at times. What adds insult to injury is that I no longer had the receipt and contacted Customer "Service" to seek an authorization for return for store credit (as it's Target's own brand) and I was denied. As I had not been a member of Target.com at the time and had paid via both cash and a gift card balance, there was no way to track my purchase. I only joined Target.com to leave these remarks. Between the lesser quality of the product and Target's inability to work with a customer [as other stores are happy to do], I can no longer trust any "Up and Up" brand to be reliable, despite whatever glowing reviews other might give a product. If it's your own private label brand and someone has an issue with it, Target, even without a receipt on hand it would be the right thing to do to issue a store credit rather than force a customer to keep a product they are dissatisfied with!

Somethings changed with this toilet paper and I don't like it
So I’ve bought this toilet paper multiple times in the past, 11 times to be exact, and I loved it. Durable, soft, cheaper. The past 2 times now, it’s changed. I don’t know what they did to it, but it’s not as good as it used to be. It falls apart. The amount of little pieces of toilet paper all over the place is comical. Every time I try to rip some off, it doesn’t rip at the perforation and little pieces fall off onto the floor. I use the same amount of squares as I always do and end up wiping with my hand because the toilet paper ripped. Not happy with these past few batches and may be looking at buying a different one.

This used to be good quality but not anymore. The last few packs I bought, the rolls look like they’ve already been opened, and the ply is splitting so you never get on strip. Quite annoying. Tp is expensive anyway so get something better than this one

This is by far the best toilet paper and the price is great I have compared them to other prices and this has been the best one. The toilet paper is thick but not too much and it lasts me and my family maybe 1 month or more. If you're in need of toilet paper this is a great one and also this brand is one of my favorites their products are affordable and well made.
