These bread crumbs were amazing! I floured my chicken first then coated with egg then finally these bread crumbs. I then baked it in the oven and the coating came out crispy and delicious. I put tin foil over casserole dish made vent holes on the foil before baking, then took the foil off 15 minutes before it was done. Oh my goodness I can't begin to tell you how good it was. I will definitely be buying these bread crumbs from now on. No more regular bread crumbs for me plus they are wheat free !

Yes!! Buy this product if you need a gluten-free breading. The price is great and the taste is perfect. I add some grated Parmesan, garlic, salt, and sometimes oregano or parsley to it. This makes great breading for fried chicken or pork chops. My store doesn’t carry this so I order it online. My whole family loves it.

I bought a variety of panko crumbs to compare them all. These weren't the worst (that would be Kikkoman) but they weren't great. Very bland tasting. I know they are plain, but there's plain and then there's bland. These were very tasteless. They also weren't as crisp as the other brands.

I was excited to see G&G had gluten free bread crumbs & for a decent enough price. They don’t carry them at my local Target so I placed an order with mostly other foods I can’t get at my Target. I have had really good experiences with most things G&G. They aren’t bad but I like Schar gluten free bread crumbs more or will probably just stick with regular panko. As little as I use bread crumbs Schar isn’t worth the price & these aren’t as good as panko. I like them but not enough to special order again.
