Q: Does it work well on carpeting? Will it go up a slope ( angle of 45 degrees or less) on carpeting? And will it go up a slope on wood or vinyl floors?
A: This will work on some carpet. The shorter the better. It was designed and teested on elvel surfaces not angled.

Q: How do you get these 3 little batteries in the slot -- It's like impossible!
A: Put two in. Push those two towards the spring to compress the spring. Jam the third one into the gap (away from the spring of course). Insert the 3rd at a slight angle.

Q: My item is not working, I’ve been replaced the batteries but it will go for a few seconds and then stop and make these weird clicking noises. Please tell me how to fix, just bought it.
A: It sounds like the unit may be defective. The toy should stop and flash the lights as part of the normal rotation but should not make any clicking noises unless the wand is prevented from moving by the cat. The customer should return / exchange. Thank you!
