    Great but kinda loose

    It's a great size and everything works great, but I've kept the tape that it comes with on. If I don't, there's really no tension keeping the parts together. With the tape on though, it works really well and it's made my life a lot easier not having to refill the cats' food so much.

    Faulty design

    The dry food does not flow out of the feeder. You have to manually shake it to make the food advance into the dish. Returning this item.

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    I bought BOTH the water and dry food dispenser and loved it… until the bottom of the water dispenser started to “grow” stuff on it. I wash the whole dispenser everyday and still…. I even started using only bottled water trying to rule every possibility out (I.e. maybe it’s “hard water”) so I’ve been using “Essential” (good, alkaline, “soft” water but still ! I am so disappointed because I like the brand…. So much so when I bought both the feeder and water it was the only one left and it was dented (the water) but was told it was fine as far as being able to “hold” water and not leak…. But I loved them (the feeder and water dispenser) and bought them. Sadly I don’t know what to do. I’m going to have to find a different brand. My opinion, from someone who bought both and have been using them, DONT buy 👎…. Previously I had bought ones that have “microban” in it….. it prevents bacteria from building up and I don’t want my “fur baby” drinking lord knows what!! Save your money and go with another brand !!!

    a little flimsy

    My cat thought this was a really fun toy at first. It took a few days but after a while she caught on that this was her new food dish -- but I think I may need to only use this when I go on trips because she does seem to be eating more than usual.
