Meh
The "weighted base" of the description is merely heavier guage metal, not real ballast. The upper prongs fit into the base, but neither tension nor friction hold them in. Leaves the upper part a bit shaky. One of the welds on the tissue holder was broken & had to be super-glued. Fortunately, this is the one for the guest bathroom, so it won't get used too heavily.

Do not buy, poor quality
Product is very poorly made, it’s short, and unstable the top part is not very secure and it’s slanted, the cellphone part does not hold all cellphone sizes like any iPhone pro sizes and the product also already came with some chipping of the “steel” color. Would not recommend I usually read reviews and forgot to read some on this.

SO SHORT
It is made for a toddler's toilet. The top cell phone part doesn't even fit a set of toilet wipes and let's be honest that's what we are using it for not our cell phone. The whole thing is sturdy but when you try and grab the toilet paper it pulls right off. The end isn't turned enough to keep it on. The top piece also pops off randomly.

Disappointed
It actually came broken which is okay because I can hopefully fix it. It also sets crooked and can’t be maneuvered to where it should actually be setting! Which is a HUGE disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend buying this huge cheap hunk of crap!

Cute Design, Bad Manufacturing
Design idea is nice but the stand is wobbly and does not do well with jumbo rolls. It continues to shake after you walk away. It will need to be weighted down and feels like it will bend out of shape. I like the color and the top shelf (also unstable).
