Hello, Thanks for reaching out! We are sorry to hear the barstools we sent are experiencing defects, and appologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. To fix this issue, we highly suggest trying a drop test to level the stools. (Please review instructions below). 1. Please unscrew the leg bolts. Then, Re-screw the bolts a little at a time. (Example: Tighten one bolt a little, move on to the next, tighten that one a little (etc.) Until all are equally a semi- tighten. (tightening one side all the way and then moving the next causes the bolts to be uneven and make the chair wobbly.) 2. Once all bolts are semi- tighten do a drop test (pick up the item and lightly drop it, not the hard where it damaged the chair and/ or legs) This causes the bolts to even out, and ensure there is no wobbliness. If this method does not provide a solution, please reach out to customer service for further assistance, and possible options to remedy the problem.
