Significant product decline
After decades of loyalty, we're sadly having to switch brands.. The quality has dropped—the product is thinner, rougher, and now irritates our skin. We would have gladly paid more for the original quality, but these are now no better than cheaper competitors. It is truly a shame to see such a great product deteriorate.

Not so soft and lotion content in question
I have purchased this product on many occasions. I purchased it December 31, 2025… And was highly disappointed. The quality has tanked. The tissues are no longer soft… I’m not sure they contain lotion… I have a cold… And my nose… Is raw and chafed because of these tissues. Dear manufacturer, we notice the lack of quality… Please do better. I will not buy again until I see better reviews.
