I bought the tri-color pasta for a cold pasta salad. So easy and delicious! I cooked the pasta as directed then drained it and gave it a cold rinse before adding to my salad add-in’s of sliced cherry tomatoes, and drained cans of mushrooms, pimentos, sliced black olives and artichoke hearts. I used a good dose of zesty Italian dressing to bring it all together. … A perfect summer salad to serve at picnics, wedding showers or at your own dinner table. So versatile since you can add your own choice of ingredients to the Tri-color pasta. Try the pasta with a variety of fresh or steamed vegetables, shredded cheese, and chopped ham or turkey. We used to love these but lately every time I cook them they are super gummy. They’re not overcooked at all. But the longer you keep cooking them they get chewier. Unlike how overcooked noodles tend to mush. These are like wet paste.

Very much disliked that they dropped it from a pound of pasta for the same price to 12 oz, which completely messes up certain recipes. Because then I'll have a portion of a box left over. Product is fine but shrinkflation was highly annoying when I was prepping for guests.
