The Honey Pot Company 100% Organically Grown Cotton Tampons - Regular absorbency - 18ct

These are honestly the worst applicators I’ve ever used. The tampon itself works fine once it’s actually inserted, but the applicator design makes it really difficult to use, especially with a heavier flow. The grip is barely ridged, so when you’re trying to pinch and push the applicator it’s very easy for your fingers to slip. Because of that I’ve had several fall out or get messed up while trying to insert them and ended up having to throw them away. Another issue is that while you’re trying to position it before you push the stick part in to insert with it with the tampon being slightly in, the grip area gets slippery and messy if you have a heavy flow, which makes it even harder to hold and insert properly. I never have this problem with other name brands. I only keep buying Honey Pot because I like that they avoid certain chemicals with their cotton, and there’s not many that do besides Honey Pot but the applicator design really needs improvement. A better textured grip or sturdier applicator would make a huge difference. After wasting 2 tampons just now trying to insert I decided to make this review so I can go back to sleep lol

Guys, believe the reviews and don’t buy this brand. It’s a struggle to hold the applicator because it’s so slippery making it very difficult to push the tampon in. This is the worst applicator I’ve ever since. The supers aren’t very absorbing and therefore cause a lot of leak. I’m very disappointed for the value and quality. I strongly don’t recommend this brand.

I ordered the pink box tampons from The Honey Pot Company but received the orange box (absorbent version) instead. The product itself seems fine, but it wasn’t what I selected when ordering

honestly these don’t absorb much… but i mean they’ll do the job if u have light cycles. but honestly the paranoid feeling of leaking isn’t worth it.

got a confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup.. then upon pick up the item is canceled .. Very inconvenient if i got a confirmation email that everything was in stock and then its not

I have been exclusively using HP for a few years now and it has a lot to do with the quality. These tampons do not irritate or dry you out like most brands and application is smooth.

I appreciate that theyre organic cotton but thats the only thing that's good. the applicator is absolute trash. near impossible to insert. I have to usually use a tissue to grip it. wont buy again

These are the absolute worst tampons I’ve ever used. I’ve been using organic nontoxic tampons for many years and I decided to recently try these. They have absolutely zero absorption and you will start leaking pretty much immediately. I have gone through so many tampons in one day with these that it’s honestly shockingly money wasting.

These are the worst tampons I’ve ever used. The absorption rate is next to none. I have gone through more tampons in one day than I ever have before using any other brand of tampon. Do not waste your money.
