Nice clock but incorrect description

Howard Miller Wall Clock - 4 months ago, Verified purchaser
I ordered this clock because we like Howard Miller's quality and also the looks of this clock. I am returning it for two reasons. 1. When I received it, the glass front was broken. 2. The description of the clock is incorrect. I specifically am looking for a clock that has the bim bam option for chimes. In the description for this clock it states that as an option however it does not. There is nothing in the manual for the clock nor anywhere on the clock settings for the bim bam. I looked on the Howard Miller website and it does not mention anything about that option so it appears that Target's description is incorrect. I am giving it four stars as I think the clock would be a good one assuming it arrives without broken glass and you don't want the bim bam option.
