Mushrooms for a salad or a snack.
These are amazing. I don’t understand why people aren’t enjoying them as much as I’d expect. There’s a tanginess that compliments the texture of the mushrooms in conjunction with the herbs they are marinated in. It’s really good w/ salad (I recommend paring w/ goat cheese) or honestly, you could eat them on their own. I will say, the quality of packaging was pretty terrible. When they arrived via shipping, some of the oils had seeped through the lid in to the box, not very cool. But overall they were v good.

Do you LOVE rosemary?
If not - and I mean - love mushrooms WITH your rosemary, not rosemary with your mushrooms - then these may not be for you. I LOVE mushrooms - but the rosemary was so overpowering that I couldn't do it.

Vinegar mushrooms, tummy my hurt.
Taste like vinegar. After you squeeze out half of the oily vinegar you can finally taste some of the flavors. I tried these in a salad, soups and even on a steak, Each time they made my stomach hurt and I wasn't the only one. My husband and daughter ask for me to never buy those ever again. They begged that I just took the time to make sauteed mushrooms.

Pretty dissatisfied.. I could barely eat my meal.. the mushrooms taste of vinegar mostly. Maybe best for a pasta salad. With olives.. not for Harty flavorful food. So annoyed.

The taste is nothing like I expected…They taste only of vinegar and I wasn’t expecting that…I was expecting a smooth oily flavor like in the sun dried tomatoes, just mushroom instead of tomato, but man was I wrong

Usually I stick to dried mushrooms, but I decided to give these a go and got four jars this month. Since then, I've used them in pasta sauces, split pea soup, and beef/bean burrito filling, and in all cases with a bit of a rinse they fit the recipe perfectly. I like the convenience compared to having to rehydrate, and even though I'll stick to dried for specialty mushrooms like shiitake, these are perfect for quickly whipping a meal together.
