A: Hi davbrie! Do not mix our products with boiling water because it may cause clumping or separation. Also, some nutrients are heat-sensitive and can be destroyed if mixed with hot water. Do not boil our products before or after preparation as this can cause a decrease in the amount of some nutrients.
