Easy to use and works great

Great buy!
We use this when we go camping each summer. This is our second one because as our family grows, so does our cooking space needs! Fits perfectly in our storage in our camper. It cooks evenly and everything turns out great!!

Still OK
The engineering of removing the grease trap and requiring you to fill a water tray is horrible. Makes it far more difficult to use this as a roadtrip grill. however it is still a Coleman and the quality of cooking is still good so you only get 3 stars

Needs improvement
Overly cumbersome and cheap materials. The wheels are a joke, made of plastic, won’t hold up long term given the weight of the unit. Also mine didn’t bolt in securely all the way. The locking mechanism is very flimsy, looks like an after thought. It kicks open and closes easily, so that’s good. Overall it’s too heavy and strangely shaped to be easily portable. The fact that the cast iron grill panels don’t lock or clamp to the inside makes me scared to roll it around with them inside. Not well thought out, needs more time in the design room.

Great travel/camping grill
Great for my slide out griddle in my camper. This is a great grill. I have an expensive grill with every bell and whistle but hate cleaning the beast. This is a great grill it has three knobs for temperature, a nice temp gage on the hood, easy to take anywhere, easy to clean, and cook on. There is a good amount of space to cook, two small pull out side tables and the grills are quality not flimsy wire. I absolutely love to grill and this is the best bang for your buck!!!

The towing handle comes off very easily
The towing handle comes off very easily. I can't us it to pull the grill. The tabs are not long enough or strong enough.

The Coleman Road trip portable propane grill is great to take the football games for tailgating. It is very easy to clean and the temperature is easy to control.. The hamburger is always cooked perfectly.

You can’t beat purchasing this! You can literally take this anywhere. Someone called me out on a grill competition, they didn’t realize I was so serious when I pulled up and put this bad boy together in 2.2 seconds. Everyone was surprised…. The temperature holds perfectly and I’ve had my grill for few years now and it goes wherever the challenge is set! My favorite line is “ we can come to you…. Nooo problem” lol

Perfect for tailgating and a great purchase!
I bought this grill in the fall of 2022 for tailgating at ND football games. I've used it 11 times, the last time was last weekend and the next time is this coming weekend. The only complaint that I have is that the extending shelf on one side was a little faulty after the first use. Not a huge deal as I am able to still use it. Everything else about the grill is great. The burners are all still in good working order and the grill heats up evenly throughout. The burners ignite on the first press of the ignition button every time. It generates a good amount of heat and I'm able to cook everything fairly quickly for a small grill. The rest of the construction of the grill is solid. I've had no issues with the sturdiness of it at all. It's lightweight and portable and I'm able to load and unload with relative ease. Everyone who sees me grilling on this grill loves it. I would buy this grill again in a heartbeat.

Construction shortcomings
OK, the grill is nice looking and is lighter than the Coleman portable I had. Two issues in construction. Why did you change to that type of lick for the top? The push down lock was much better and secure. This new gizmo is sure to break. Second, the release for the bottom keg, when closed you can’t take it off because the release pins are on the inside you can’t push them in. Go back to the snap lock. Also, when trying to match up an adapter to a 20 kb tank, very confusing as to the model number recommended. I ordered one, hope it’s correct. Haven’t grilled yet, but I’m sure it’ll cook fine.

Don't waste your money no replacement burners
The grill was great for the months we had it.But if you're trying to get a replacement burner for this grill , good luck. Grill still works great, have a few hundred dollars in accessories and addons that are garbage now and now we need a replacement.l Burner but you cant get them so we have to throw it away.

All look, No cook!
I bought one of these and used it for a year. Since then it hasn’t worked. I think it is the regulator but I can’t seem to get a replacement that fits it.

Portable and durable
Now I do not personally have this but my friend did at a party recently ! She brought it in her trunk! It was awesome! It made burgers and hotdogs perfectly! I couldn’t find a picture from that day but I would love to get one of these grills myself! Perfect for tailgating, bbq, park, really anywhere !

The grill is perfect grilling! easy to assemble, starting up. Has different griddles. I have mine going on 5 years and works perfect. My only thing is that the knob cracked and broke off and they dont have replacements. They dont make it for this model. Looking everyone online and nothing and coleman couldnt help me either.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this grill. From the get go it was impossible to keep shut and we lost a ton of heat this way. The water tray system was a bit of a pain. If you moved it ever so slightly during cooking, oily water everywhere. The starter went pretty quickly and we were using a BBQ lighter by the second summer of using it. Now, our regulator has gone and they DO NOT sell the proper shaped replacement to fix it. I am so disappointed with this grill and we are huge fans of Coleman products in general. There are better models for this price point.

Great until it stopped working
This was a great grill until it stopped working. The flame is now very low which means bad regulator. Easy fix? Not a chance. Coleman does not sell replacement regulators for this grill. When searching for one it pulls up a regulator that screws on to the grill. This is not the way the regulator is attached to this grill. The regulator is under the control knob panel and I can’t find one that mounts that way. I’ve had this grill for slightly over 4 years and it has been used very lightly. It has always been kept in my trailer or garage, never left outside. I also purchased a cover for the entire grill. I would really like to be able to get a new regulator so I can use this grill again.

HORRIBLE assembly instructions
Just purchased this for my patio and was looking forward to using it. I've started and stopped assembling 3 times already in the last 2 days. Could you possibly make the instructions any worse? Diagrams are extremely unclear and small. I'm about to toss it out to the recycling bin and get something else.
