Now they offer a coffee that can rival all other coffee brands. The kcups were easy to use and the energy lasted all day!

What I got was a decent dark roast with plenty of oomph and that familiar Folgers reliability. It’s bold, it’s smooth (many reviewers say it has “cocoa and toasted nut undertones”), but..... On the flip side, there is this muddy taste vibe lurking. Some folks say the flavor lacks depth or gets a bit flat. And sure enough, in my cup it came across as a bit heavy roast grimy rather than clean and crisp. Bottom line, if you’re craving a reliable strong dark roast from a brand you trust, this hits the mark. But if you’re after refined nuance or crisp clarity (especially black, no cream), you might feel like it’s one step short. My rating: 👍🏼 3.5 out of 5 mugs.
