Product is good, but carpenter ants in packaging

I like the product, it is sturdy and looks good. However, I ordered two of them, and one of the boxes was full of huge carpenter ants. Not just a few, but hundreds. Not happy about having the box with ants in my house before I noticed the issue, and had to chase and kill dozens of them in the house. The other box had no issues.
