We are pleased with the two Tivoli Ivory Linen Tuffed Armchairs. They came it two separate shipments. The first chair was great. The second chair was very wobbly after we assembled it. It had a manufacturing defect. The frame was not straight. So we returned it, and reorder a replacement for it. The process worked well and all the folks from Lamps Plus were a great help, and were a joy to talk to and work out the details.

I love it so much I ordered a second chair. The only complaint I have is that the cushion is not reversible.

Just what I wanted

The color, size and comfort were just what I was looking for. Fast delivery, too. So far, it is comfortable seating for me, 5' 5", a sister, 5'3", a brother 5'11", and another sister, 5'6". Fits perfectly on my short wall.
