I have two of these fans. One indoor and the other outdoor. Indoor does great by providing a lot of air movement in a large room with a 3ft downrod. The one outside, not so much. It's a little disappointing. Doesn't do well in open air.

Just had this fan professionally installed and can't even feel air moving. We've tried both reverse and forward direction and neither setting seems to give us much airflow. Very disappointed and not sure what to do now that it's installed. We have fans half this size that move way more air!

The fan is extremely weak. The blades move slowly even when it’s on the fastest setting and barely noticeable air movement even when standing directly under the fan. Don’t wast your money. Shame on you Mika-aire for producing such a weak and expensive product. This fan is worthless. The only thing extreme about it is the price. Stay away. Buy anything except this one.

Really happy with our purchase. The fan in this space previously did nothing & we hoped this would allow us to use our patio more. It does a good job moving air on our large covered patio. We're also very happy with how smooth the motion is…no shaking or rocking, even with the extra length on the down rod.
Lots of compliments on this “big fat fan” knockoff! Puts out a ton of air movement and looks great on our new deck!

I installed this fan in our outddor lanai, completely under roof and in less than 6 months after installation, it was rusting. I do not recomment for outdoor lanai use.

They are beautiful and big fans, but do not move as much air as they should. At level 6, you only feel the movement if you’re right under it sadly. I bought 12 of these to be installed in my 4 gyms and sadly I am underwhelmed.

Produces no air very disappointed. We put 6 in open shop and 2 more in 4 the bay all 8 on high and you can't feel any air moving. Build said nothing they can do because we installed and manufacturer said they wouldn't do anything because the fans were spinning so that meant they were working. Now we're buying a different fan from someone else where 1 fan will outproduce all of them.
